“Dr Bonsall is an excellent dentist. I have three gold crowns which he did 20 years ago and they are still perfect. Subsequently he did a bridge foe me which greatly improved my appearance. He has since qualified to do more advanced work such as implants. Dr Bonsall always explains the situation and your options and the pros and cons of each option including the cost. But best of all you are sure to get sound and careful dental treatment in addition to good advice. He has a very friendly and reassuring manner.”
“Another excellent experience at Garry’s practice today. Simply a regular cleaning however painless, pleasant and thorough. After 15 years of somewhat disappointing experiences with other rather autocratic dentists in Basel, I have come to feel very comfortable with Garry’s approach.

“Hello Garry, The content was mostly easy to understand. However, in book 2 with the info on fillings, and book 3 on plastic surgery I had to take time to read Russian medical forums and medical dictionaries. But I understood everything eventually. Your advice is really great! I will do my best to follow the strategy you described. It is great that, by working on this project, I just learned by chance, for free, what I would never buy in a book shop otherwise. To be honest, I never followed these rules before. But now, I will make sure my whole family follows all of the rules. Thank you very much for the information I learned! I did my best to make the text easy to read for Russians. I am sure people in Russia will be interested. I think the whole problem with my formatting was exactly because I tried to wrap the text around the images, the way it looks in your PDF files.
